Role purpose:
This position is responsible for completing all aspect of the audit process, including performing, planning and execution of IT audits /audit tasks and special projects.
Key Accountabilities
- Identify areas of IT risk in the management and operation of the company. Key areas for examination include but not limited to security, change control and purchasing;
- Conduct review and evaluation of the effectiveness of common control points and controls on applications related to IT systems;
- Review and assess compliance with operational activities related to IT systems;
- Deliver in-depth analytics to improve security and operational efficiency at IT checkpoints;
- Prepare audit programs, working papers, audit reports and related documentation and correspondence;
- Make recommendations to reduce risk and implement recommended remediation status monitoring;
- Drafts high quality reports and ensures findings and actions are well documented;
- Consults through ad-hoc advisory engagements while working hand-in-hand with business units to share risk considerations as they undergo strategic projects;
- Update and monitor Internal Audit Department historical files with audit results;
- Other tasks are as assigned by Head of Internal Audit.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Auditing, Information Technology (IT)/Information Security (IS);
- Certification on IT/IS or related fields Certification on Internal Audit is preferable;
- Solid foundational knowledge of IT system architecture and operation, auditing principles/standards and life insurance;
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in IT/IS, Technology risk management, IT/IS audit;
- Fluent English;
- Familiarity with Insurance system, expert in using analysis tools or skills such as Excel and SQL;
- Proven ability to maintain the highest ethical and professional internal audit standards;
- Problem solving and issues resolution management;
- Ability to effectively work both independently and within teams;
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to comfortable communicate to all levels of management and external stakeholders;
- Planned projects and activities systematically in line with business priorities;
- Individual must be willing to travel throughout the country.
