Position: Senior UI/UX Designer (Freelance – Remote)
Location: Primarily Remote, with one on-site day per week at Zafago office for reporting and team meetings
Engagement: Project-based / Freelance Contract
Responsibilities of UI/UX designers, focus on digital marketing, dashboards, ads-related web projects;
Taking design briefs and identifying design problems in collaboration with product managers and engineers;
Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces;
Creating a visualization of screens within a prototype framework;
Developing and maintaining documentation regarding style guidelines;
Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders incorporating feedback in your designs;
Monitor trends in web and mobile app UI development and advocate technology standards and best-practices;
Support other departments on designs.
Have 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally within an agency, marketing environment or digital product teams;
Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping);
Strong visual design sense: typography, color theory, layout and user-centered design principles;
Good understanding of responsive design and basic front-end concepts (HTML/CSS) to collaborate effectively with developers;
Good communication skills; able to clearly explain design decisions and work closely with cross-functional teams;
Fast learner, adaptable, able to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines;
A strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects such as websites, dashboards or marketing/advertising designs.

Monday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM;
Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM;
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Afternoon off).
