Working with VBI product: being a Business Analyst Excutive in many interesting projects for one of the largest insurance website & app;
Manage and mentor a team of business analysts;
Help technical teams to create optimal use cases and database design;
Preparing document related to the given tasks;
Own work organization on the basis of superior guideline and resulting from project schedule;
Co-operation with team members in project implementation;
Participation in internal training sessions. Sharing own knowledge with other team members.

Knowledged of overview in IT environment (framework, database,...);
Qualification: Bachelor Degree;
At least 2 - 5 years experience in BA;
At least 1-2 years experience in manage team (2-5 members);
Experienced software projects related to the Non-life Insurance profession, Financial, Insurance, general accountant.,…is a plus;
Have knowledge and experience about business processes, and have a hobby of capturing different business models;
Have logical thinking, creative mindset;
Proven ability to collaborate with others;
English basic.

Salary - Negotiation
14th - 15th months salary
