JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Design and configure Salesforce to meet client needs, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and other customization.
- Develop and implement Salesforce Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and Apex classes to extend the functionality of Salesforce.
- Perform data migration and integration tasks to import/export data between Salesforce and other systems.
- Provide guidance and best practices to clients on Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of implemented solutions.
- Create and deliver training sessions and documentation to enable clients to effectively use Salesforce.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and project managers, to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.
- Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.

*** Must have requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience at a similar position (Technical Consultant), with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, are required.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and other declarative features.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Visualforce, and Apex development.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration methods, including REST and SOAP APIs, data loaders, and middleware tools.
- Familiarity with data migration strategies and tools for Salesforce.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
*** Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant certification.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce Clouds and products.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web services.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
