At Employment Hero - a fast growing company based in Australia, we are building an all-in-one platform to make employment easier and more rewarding for everyone including HR, payroll, benefits, etc. We use cutting-edge technologies available at the time such as Ruby, React, Kafka, Kubernetes. We are looking for engineers to join our engineering team to help us move forward. 

As a Junior Backend Developer, you will develop product features and collaborate with colleagues in design, product and engineering. You will write automated tests for your production code. We are a multinational company, you will work with international colleagues around the world. 

Yêu cầu:

Who are you?

  • You are a mindful backend developer(accept for any coding languages), passionate about learning new technologies
  • You have a good understanding of data structures, algorithms and object-oriented programming
  • You have basic competency in several programming languages
  • You have basic knowledge of database
  • You are passionate about learning
  • You respect and challenge your peers
  • You welcome being challenged
  • You have good communication skills in English

We would particularly love it if

  • You have experience in Ruby programming language
  • You have experience in Ruby on Rails
