Responsibilities

Develop mobile apps (using React Native) for our CRM system and the ecosystem of collaborators and partners.
Collaborate with the Product Manager to shape the product roadmap and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Integrate with our identity and access management solutions and external identity platforms.
Work with secured APIs (including GraphQL) and manage data securely in line with regulations (e.g. GDPR).
Review and refine specifications for new products and features from a mobile and security perspective.
Own and improve code quality: perform code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor other developers.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps with a strong focus on security and reliability.
Collaborate closely with other teams across the company (backend, security, product, operations).
Contribute to observability and traceability in our mobile applications (logging, monitoring, metrics).
Continuously improve development processes, tools, and practices (agile, TDD, automation).
Stay up to date with new trends, libraries, and best practices in the React Native and mobile ecosystem

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in mobile development, with at least 2+ years in React Native
Hands-on experience integrating GraphQL APIs from mobile applications.
Experience working with React Native native modules and bridging native functionality.
Strong experience with Gitflow (or similar) and proven code review best practices.
Experience applying security practices in software development (secure storage, encryption, secure coding, etc.).
Passion for engineering excellence: agile, CI/CD, TDD, traceability, observability.
Strong communication skills, high integrity, and great attention to detail.
Ability to adapt quickly, embrace change, and grow as the organization scales.
Experience with push notifications, deep linking, and in-app updates.

Nice to have / Plus:

Experience working with native modules (bridging to Swift/Objective-C or Kotlin/Java).
Experience with Micro Frontend Architecture in React Native.
Experience with performance optimization (animations, large lists, memory leaks, etc.)
Personal side projects, open-source contributions, or a GitHub portfolio.
Experience building and releasing apps to the App Store and/or Google Play (or participation in real production projects)

Negotiable salary
