- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related fields.
- At least 4 years experience in management end-to-end functional testing for SIT / UAT in complex projects both manual testing and automation.
- Strong understanding of project management, ensure that test management is aligned with projects objective / scope / plan to accomplish the testing on time, on budget, with quality.
- Strong experiences in quality risk management with ability to summarize / analyze test result for highlight the risk / issue and provide recommendation for mitigation, contingency, improvement.
- Good understanding of software testing life cycle / test processes in various SDLC methodologies.
- Good logic and experiences in automated testing with ability to drive / support implement test automation.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to work in multi-cultural team with people from various backgrounds.
- Strong passion and desire to move forward and lift up own skills under a challenging environment.
- Good knowledge of banking products and services would be an advantage.
