QA/QC Lead is responsible for finding and tracking all possible issues and ensuring quality and timeline of deliveries; leading a group of QA/QC Engineers to increase team performance and number of bugs found.

Senior QA/QC Engineer is responsible for finding all possible issues and increasing quality of deliveries; working closely with all stakeholders to ensure issues to be fixed before releasing.

Main responsibilities

  1. Analyze product requirements, provide estimation and design test strategy for software undertest.
  2. Derive test specifications, execute tests and report results to Lead/Manager
  3. Follow found bugs for fixing and perform regression tests if required
  4. Contribute to continuous improvement activities for increasing QA QC performance and product quality.
  5. Monitor testing progress and issues of releases; identify and mitigate the risks of leaked bugs and timeline delay.
  6. Research and propose new tools and technologies in testing for applying to real projects
  7. For Lead, control test packages and support teammates to enhance testing skills.

Yêu cầu:

Required Experience /Skills

  1. Bachelor of Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
  2. 3+ years of experience in manual testing for Senior position and plus 2+ years of experience in leading for QA QC Lead.
  3. Solid testing skills for mobile and web app is a must.
  4. Proven knowledge of testing techniques, test process and impact analysis.
  5. Experienced in API, database, performance and/or automation testing is a plus.
  6. ISTQB/ CSTE or CASTP certificate is a plus.
  7. Good English skills in communication and documentation.
  8. Have passion in testing, open minded and able to self-motivated.
