As a QA lead, the following skills are required:
At least five years of experience in QA
Experience in a lead position
Excellent at communication with foreign customers
Having a test-driven mindset: testing begins at planning, analysis, and design
Strong experience in automation/performance testing
Coaching and training: sharing knowledge, collecting ideas, feedback, and being able to hold good discussions
For the QA/QC positions:
Love testing
At least 2 years of experience
You are seeking new challenges as well as opportunities to learn more advanced skills such as:
Security testing
Automation and scripting
Troubleshooting
Customer support
Documentation
Have a career path to be a BA
Work directly with foreign customers
