Software Development: Build and maintain an API-first financial advice chat platform with a focus on performance and reliability.
Architecture & Design: Contribute to designing scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures that support high growth.
Integration & APIs: Implement Admin Portal APIs and integrate with external systems and services.
AI Enablement: Employ AI agent architecture with safety and compliance standards.
Financial Solutions: Develop advanced financial calculators and stochastic models.
Collaboration: Partner with frontend engineers, QA, business analysts, and domain experts to deliver solutions as one team.
Quality & Delivery: Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while applying CI/CD pipelines and industry best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring to uplift the entire team.

Strong proficiency in Python, experience designing and building RESTful APIs with frameworks like FastAPI.
Familiarity with LangGraph or similar frameworks.
Practical knowledge of software architecture principles (scalability, modularity, security, resilience).
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, and AWS Cloud.
Experience AI Coding Agent (Claude code/windsurf/cursor…).
Strong communication skills: able to explain technical ideas to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
Team player mindset: open, collaborative, and supportive.
Problem-solving attitude: proactive in finding solutions, not just reporting issues.
