Job Location: Ho Chi Minh City 

We are seeking a Product Owner (PO) / Business Analyst (BA) who is a qualified candidate to join our team:

• Work with Stakeholder to gather, analyze, validate and clarify business requirements (BRD) and transform business requirements into Product Backlog Items, manage the Product backlog and prioritize Sprint backlog.
• Assist Technical Leader and Senior DEVs in creating and managing product features breakdown, product roadmap, product gaps.
• Work as a liaison between PO/Client and onshore/offshore development team.
• Create user stories and define acceptance criteria to assist in the facilitation of user acceptance testing.
• Create and manage all kinds of analysis & requirement documents (business processes, data models, mockups, BDD tests, user guides) in order to provide concise and coherent requirements for the development team.
• Create system requirement engineering Document.
• Work closely with Development and Stakeholder team to ensure acceptance criteria and enhance product quality.
• Assist in UAT and project operations (manage incidents and change requests).

Requirement:

• At least 3 years of PO / BA experience in Software development.
• Experience in Stock Brokerage Companies, or Financial Data Services (FiinGroup, FiinTrade, Stoxplus, Fireant, Vietstock, CafeF, Fialda, Stockbiz, Tradingview, …).
• Proven ability in typical BA skill set – requirements engineering, GAP analysis, business process analysis, modeling techniques, facilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in supporting business case: development for projects of various nature, Full Software Development Lifecycle experience from an Agile environment.
• Preferably experience in working with or as part of UX teams.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A flexible and pragmatic approach to methodologies and processes.
• Can-do attitude and adaptability to changing circumstances.
• Excellent attention to detail.
