Key responsibilities
- Identify user needs and market dynamics, and use these to propose the strategic direction.
- Focus on user experience (UX) to ensure solutions are engaging and highly adopted by customers.
- Synthesize and break down the business and operational requirements from other related departments into product requirements for the development team.
- Create conceptualize wireframes/prototypes and specification documents for development.
- Work collaboratively with engineers and cutting-edge technologies.
- Track progress, ensure quality and record feedback, evaluate products during product development and operation to achieve common development goals.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor/ college's degree with any major
- Have 1 - 5 years of experience in product development (Mobile applications and websites, operating platforms, etc.).
- Able to read and design in UML language, familiar with Use-cases diagram and Sequence Diagram.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in working with tech teams and all departments within a company.
- Detail-oriented and data-driven at work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience working with CRM systems, Loyalty Program, SEO Suite, or other internal systems and tools.
- Have experience in operating payment systems.
- Have experience in products relating to digital education/ e-commerce is a big plus.
- Able to use data analysis tools and data visualization tools such as MySQL, Data Studio, and so on.
