Job Responsibilities:

Understand users, merchant partners; stay on the top of the market, competition, BNPL, and related products.
Actively seek value-creating opportunities for users, merchant partners, and internal teams.
Actively contribute to product vision and strategy.
Receive requests for product features and responsible for defining product roadmap for Website/App.
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
Effectively coordinate with different teams, including the engineering team, and take responsibility for product success.
Actively seek and analyze feedback and data from stakeholders regarding products’ success and make meaningful adjustments.
Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.

Job Requirements:

Have a minimum three years up in a product management, engineering role.
Good experience in using User Interface design tools to create software descriptions, designs, tests, and builds.
Good problem-solving, data driven mindset, meticulous, focus on details
Teamwork and work independently, self-motivated.
Ability to learn & progress.
Foreign languages: Fluent in English communication.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $1,000 - $2,000
Own company shares through ESOP program
Tet Bonus (13th-month salary) and KPI bonus (depending on the company and employee's performance)
