Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for OSS Compliance (Manage schedule and issues)
- Establish and manage open source usage management processes
- Guide/Educate OSS Compliance governance
- Identify using OSS of developed SW
- Conduct technical support for software development projects
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of OSS license validation
- Operate Black Dusk Protex (Synopsys)

Experience
- Over 7 years (More than 3 Years for OSS development and more than 3 year experience for legal Service especially intellectual property)
Desired Skills & Experience
- College degree in IT or 7 years minimum work experience as an software developer of engineer in open source technologies
- Substantial pragmatic experience programming in OSS languages such as C, C++, Java, JavaScript, PHP, Perl etc.,
- Experience of using Black Duck Protex
- Pragmatic experience Linux OS
- Legal authoritative
- Active participation in OSS communities and deep understanding of OSS ecosystem
- Experience in strategic OSS consulting at world’s leading companies
- Ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams
- Good Communication Skills and Outgoing Personality
