We are an "old" startup company with IT & Insurance Experts and looking for more talents to join our own Insurance Core System product. You will:

Join and lead a talent team as a .NET Lead and contribute your best to build our Insurance core product.
Participate in analyzing requirements, design architecture, implementation, code review, unit test, and deployment process.
Discuss and propose solutions for the team and monitor progress.
Work closely with insurance experts in InsurTech and FinTech fields.
Manage and share your expertise with others and also cooperate well in our agile team to deliver amazing work.
Lead your Team to the Moon along with a passionate winning attitude!

Must-Have:

5+ years of experience utilizing .NET Development (C#, NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, etc)
Experience with REST, REST APIs, Web API, Web Services
Experience with ReactJS, NextJS
Experience designing and implementing web services or microservices leveraged by multiple consumers
Development experience with clean code, coding standards, and code review
Development experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch
Experience designing, developing and deploying cloud-native enterprise applications in public or private cloud
Experience with messaging and streaming technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) for partnering with all technical and non-technical stakeholders
Good leadership skills: ability to take responsibility for deliverables, own quality, organize a team, and actively lead.

Nice to have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or related major
Good English skills in communication and documentation
Financial services or insurance experience is a plus
Experience designing and implementing large software systems, particularly distributed systems
Experience securing interfaces and information with standards such as OAuth
Experience implementing proof of concepts (POCs) and reviewing approaches with other leads and architects
