Work as a Scrum Team Member of the application development service, with special emphasis on implementing the business logic and data access layer of application code (TSQL, C#, VB and ASP.NET, etc.)
Review, analyze, and modify existing proprietary applications to correct errors, improve performance and add new features
Develop and amend code as documented in the design; ensure it meets the specification, follows standards, is performant and is maintainable
Work in a team environment, take direction, collaborate in meetings and effectively communicate with the team with a positive and forward-thinking attitude
Provide above average level of customer service to all customers (internal and external)
Manage personal time to meet established deadlines
Collaborate with teammates to defining R&D techniques including setting up proof of concepts
Perform other related duties as assigned

From 3 years of experience in the same field
English requirement: TOEIC 550 or equivalent
B.S. Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent
Understanding of Microsoft .NET Methodologies: TSQL, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, VB.NET/C#, SOAP and REST Web Services
Fundamental knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery and CSS
Be familiar with Microsoft development tools such as Visual Studio IDE and SQL Server Management Studio
Be able to play as an proactive team member with high sense of commitment as well as quality and customer oriented mindset
Self-motivation, integrity, trustful, positive thinking and open-minded
Experience in mobile development (Android/iOS) is an advantage
