Responsible for promoting & supporting Scrum by helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, principles and values.
Lead Agile development teams in the Scrum framework, ensuring task assignments, monitoring progress, and maintaining schedule adherence.
Oversee task implementation, ensuring work meets quality standards and project requirements.
Proactively assess project risks and issues; Plan to minimize/resolve risks and provide timely information and reporting to relevant parties
Provide support for evaluating developer performance and facilitate continuous improvement.
Eliminate obstacles that are blocking the team's progress and create a collaborative environment.
Facilitate collaboration between teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
Ensure Scrum event take place, positive & productive within timebox.
Maintain clear documentation of Scrum processes and outcomes.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preferred.
Strong Agile expertise and familiarity with the Shopify ecosystem.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of software development processes.
Adaptability to fast-paced SaaS development.
Demonstrated leadership and continuous learning mindset.
Familiar with engineering best practices (e.g., CICD, automation) is preferred.
Familiar with common tools, e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Click-up, SonarQ is preferred.
Experienced in training, coaching, mentoring different roles, e.g., Product Owner, Designer, Developer, Tester is a plus.
