Accurate estimation and delivery of deadlines
Support the QA process and ensure client delivery is 100% tested and stable
Lead/mentor/coach Fresher/ Junior Java Developers with best practices;
At least 3+ years’ experience in Java, Spring, SpringBoot
Version control systems like GIT and platforms like GitLab/GitHub
Software design patterns, web application and web services architectures, event driven architecture, RESTful APIs
Running apps on Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Platforms and deploying through GitHub Actions/Jenkins X
Advanced English knowledge, both spoken and written.
Experience in clean code/coding standards.
Experience in working with Oracle or MS SQL.
Experience with unit tests, TDD, BDD, code coverage, and code refactoring.
Experience in Scrum/Agile/Kanban.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Competent to find problems independently, analyse problems and propose reasonable solutions;
