Key objectives:
Responsible for the digitalization of sales and marketing processes, leading projects to improve the company’s primary and secondary sales and marketing activities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ICT solutions for sales and marketing digitalization
- Lead project teams responsible for delivering digitalization projects on time, within scope, and within budget
- Consult with stakeholders to determine their needs and requirements
- Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress against project objectives
- Manage project risks and issues, and take corrective action as needed
- Ensure that all project deliverables are of high quality and meet stakeholder expectations
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring that vendors deliver on their commitments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and customers
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of the commercial business processes, including sales, marketing, trade promotion, and budgeting
- Ensure that the project team is service and business-oriented and focused on delivering outcomes that meet business needs
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience: At least 5 years in ICT project management, with a focus on digitalization in sales and marketing
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing complex projects/multiple projects from initiation to maintenance
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with Distributor Management Systems and commercial business processes such as sales, marketing, trade promotion, and budgeting
- Strong consulting skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders to develop and implement ICT solutions that meet business needs
- Strong service and business orientation, with a focus on delivering outcomes that meet business needs
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Fluent in written and spoken English.
