Groove Technology is a cutting edge software provider specializing in Logistics and eCommerce, and custom software systems. We seek to attract and retain the smartest and most capable staff in and around Ho Chi Minh City to offer the highest level of service to our customers from Hong Kong, Australia, and Europe.

Your responsibilities will include:

Plan, define tasks and required resources to implement projects.
Create schedule, project timeline and track deliverables.
Monitor and report on project progress.
Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
Expect to work with a digital agency to manage multiple projects portfolio at the same time.

Yêu cầu:

A degree would be nice, however passion, attitude, and experience matter more.
At least 3+ years of experience in project management, experienced as a Project Manager.
Good negotiation skill and project management skills
Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management.
Proficiency in project management software tools.
Good at soft-skill, specially communication skill, decision-making skill, reporting or documentation skill.

The following is considered highly advantageous:

Experienced in managing Client/Customer Service (Maintenance/BAU) Team.
- Manage different AD-Hoc Client works
- Working with different Stakeholders at the same time
- Ability to work under pressure and negotiate to overcome problems
Experienced in managing team with Onshore/Offshore model.
Experienced in managing team working with eCommerce platform
