1. Technical Support:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, security systems, firewalls, computer systems, LAN/WAN networks, printers, telephones, IT devices, email systems, system software, and office applications.
- Collaborate with the administration department to facilitate the procurement of computers, network appliances, and office software/applications.
- Provide proficient IT helpdesk support and troubleshooting for network issues, email problems, equipment malfunctions, and office software/applications.
2. IT System Maintenance:
- Establish, configure, manage, and uphold networks and file servers in adherence to established procedures.
- Conduct regular proactive assessments of personal computers, printers, network devices, telephones, and other IT devices, as well as office software/applications.
- Perform routine upgrades and patch updates for operating systems, network infrastructure, office applications, and antivirus definitions.
- Monitor and report on IT systems on a daily basis.
3. Disaster Recovery:
- Execute daily backups and ensure the successful backup of all required file systems and system data using appropriate media, recovery tapes, or disks.
- Restore applications in the event of hardware or software failures.
4. Deployment of Information Security Assurance Activities.
5. Additional Responsibilities:
- Fulfill any other duties required by the job or as assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

*QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT field, with a preference for fluency in programming languages.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and database administration.
- Possession of one or more international certifications in the IT field is advantageous (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL, etc.).
- Fluent English proficiency is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, analytical thinking, time management, and task management.

*EXPECTED START WORKING DATE: A.S.A.P

- Working location: Head Office, Phan Chu Trinh, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi
- Working time:
+ Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00 or 8:30 – 17:30
+ Work from home 1 day/ week
- Transportation provided by the company, including company car and taxi for outside assignments.
