Job Description
We are seeking Frontend Developers and Frontend Tech Lead who will be responsible for making outstanding impacts that will empower thousands of eCommerce entrepreneurs worldwide.

1. Frontend Tech Lead:
Suggest solutions to platform requirements, think outside the box to get things done.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
Ensure UI/UX of developed pages and software with pixel-perfect design.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
Cooperate with the backend team to develop new plugins, features, controls for eCommerce apps that serve thousands of global users.
Interact with product designers, backend developers to make sure back-end infrastructure is well-designed and implemented correctly.
Mentor the other junior developers in the team to leverage the performance and skills of the entire team.
2. Frontend Developer:
Build plugins for eCommerce web apps using VueJS / jQuery
Develop new features, controls for eCommerce apps that serve thousands of global users
Build new software front end for advanced user experience
Build reusable components/modules for static websites with responsive design
Ensure UI/UX of developed pages and software with near pixel-perfect design
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
Cooperate to connect front end software development with the expert backend team

Your Skills and Experience
1. Frontend Tech Lead:
Technical Skills
3+ years of in-depth experience in Front-end design and development using the modern web stack.
Great knowledge with HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS.
Solid knowledge of modern web development technologies & frameworks based on JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
Good knowledge of data structure and algorithms. Has good problem-solving skills.
Experience with Git tools/Git flow.
Deeply understanding of UI/UX Principles & User Behaviors.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
Experience with high availability, high-scale, and performance systems.
Soft Skills: Teamwork and Mentoring.
Plus points:
Ability to read and understand documents in English.
Demo projects are attached to your job application.
2. Frontend Developer:
1+ year experience in VueJS, jQuery.
Great knowledge with HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS.
Knowledge of UI/UX Principles & User Behaviors.
Experience with Git tools/Git flow.

🍀Compensation & Benefits Package:
Salary range: (1) Frontend Developer: 17M-25M NET/Month, (2) Frontend Tech Lead (25M-55M NET/Month)
Performance review: 2 times per year.
Salary Package: 13th-month salary bonus + Yearly performance bonus: 1-3 months.
