As a Field Application Engineer at Techvico, you will work in international team with highly collaborative environment to provide remote technical support across Europe, USA and be the liaison between customers, sales and engineers.
Responsibilities:
• Provide our customers with technical support on FPGA-line products.
• Troubleshoot customer problems via email.
• Work in close cooperation with R&D and sales departments.
• Assist in customizing hardware configuration/production when needed
• Develop support-related materials (e.g. user manual)
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• MS in Engineering and Computer
• 5 years of previous experience in FPGA design.
• Experience with image processing is desirable
• Direct experience with customer service is desirable
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Great attitude, customer orientation, and a desire to make a difference
