The Functional Consultant position will be trained on Microsoft Dynamics solutions which provided by NaviWorld then work on Dynamics project implementations (all versions).

JOB DESCRIPTION:
You will be responsible for configurations of Microsoft Dynamics modules, assisting clients throughout the implementation project, providing guidance and support for customized solutions. This position requires knowledge of finance or software functions of Microsoft Dynamics and will be involved in full cycle of project implementation.

Tasks and Deliverables include:
- Capture, assess, and define client’s business requirements to meet those objectives using practical Microsoft Dynamics business solutions and industry best practices
- Document all business processes, Gap/Fit Analysis findings, functional design documents, testing scripts, training documents and progress updates throughout implementation lifecycle
- Design and re-engineer business processes using best practices and standard Microsoft Dynamics business procedures.
- Provide expertise in Accounting & Finance field.
- Support clients to prepare and provide master data in accurate templates and format, review and perform data import to the new system to cut over.
- Provide functionality demonstrations and training to new clients, end-users,
- Work closely with the Technical Architects to assist in the design and conduct unit testing as well as integrated testing
- Assist in go live procedures and post go live support

- Must have a Bachelor degree, preferably in Accounting – Finance.
- Fluent in English
- Experience in working with software consulting
- Willing to learn new technologies of Microsoft Dynamics ERP
- Is capable of completing tasks on time and within agreed budgets
- Is a hard worker, self-motivated, organized and comfortable working in both a team and independent environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics solutions is a plus
- Microsoft certificates is a plus
