Main mission
The Digital Workplace Specialist's mission is to develop, master, and promote Servier's offer of DDIS (digital, Data & Information System) tools and solutions, to bring value by simplifying and improving operational efficiency.
Main Role
The Digital Workplace Specialist is responsible for managing and improving the usage of the existing digital tools and solutions within our organization. That includes developing, implementing, and supporting digital solutions, and technologies, to enhance communication, collaboration, and productivity.
The role will ensure the seamless integration and usability of various digital systems, provide functional and technical support and training to users, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize the digital workplace experience. The role requires working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, configure, develop, and maintain solutions, and to drive adoption of digital workplace tools.
• Direct report to IS Business Manager (in English).
• Working in a the DDIS (Digital, Data and IS) department with stakeholder of all departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Medical, ....) or 3rd party.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Proficiency of using Microsoft O365, including MS Office, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, Planner, Project, Visio.
• Proficiency of using Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Proven experience in WordPress configuration and content management.
• Technical background is a real plus to manage the maintenance and developments of our business digital solutions, websites, and small Python/View data application.
• Excellent in analyzing needs, processes, and in problem solving with an Agile and Pragmatic mindset.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with the ability to present, persuade, convince individuals and small audience.
• Quick to catch, learn and master the functional and technical potential and limitations of Digital tools and online platform (ex: Slido, short.io, Zoom, Viber, Zalo, …).
• Experience or strong interest to develop skills in Agile Project Management for small-medium projects requiring working in a team with internal or 3rd party members.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position or having acquire hard and soft skills and strong engagement to develop yourself in this career path.
• Vietnamese candidate with a very good level in oral and written English.
