• Involved in the technical design of IP Network
• Responsible for technical support, project implementation, testing and commissioning, site survey, maintenance, and troubleshooting for IP Network devices
• Properly judge the complexity of the Fault, call for multiple expertise support
• Coordinate with higher support channel engineer on troubleshooting; and jointly confirm the restoration of the Fault

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering or related field of study,
• CCNP/HCIP/JNCIP (carrier class) or higher certificates are compulsory
• Able to communicate effectively in English or Mandarin
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IP Data Network technical support
• Able to work for large scale network such as Internet Service Provider or Telecom operators
Business Skill
1. Ethernet switching and IP routing:
• Good command of the VXLAN technology and its applications.
• Good command of advanced BGP features and complex routing policy applications.
• IPv6: Good command of OSPFv3, IS-ISv6, and MBGP for IPv6 principles.
2. MPLS/SR and VPN:
• High proficiency with VPN interworking principles and scenarios, such as PW segment stitching, L2VPN accessing L3VPN, and L3VPN interworking.
• Good command of the principles and applications of inter-AS VPN Option A, inter-AS VPN Option B, and inter-AS VPN Option C.
• Good command of MPLS SR, SRv6, SR BE, SR TE, SR policy
3. Fault analysis:
• High proficiency with the troubleshooting methods of complex protocols, such as BGP, TE, RSVP, HA, HVPN, and QoS.
• Good command of the TWAMP, iFIT, and EMSI technologies and their applications.
