●Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent
experience).
● 3+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics, with hands-on Databricks
platform development.
● Proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing and analytics.
● Experience with Delta Lake and Lakehouse architecture.
● Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and big data concepts.
● Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and integrating Databricks
with cloud-native services.
● Good English communication skills—both written and verbal.
● Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
● Ability to work effectively in multicultural, distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
● Databricks certification(s) (e.g., Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate)
● Awareness of data governance, security, and compliance framework
