JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Work closely with Product, Technology and Operation team;
2. Understand the business issues and data challenges of the organization and industry;
3. Collect business requirements from product team, operation team or end-users;
4. Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations that are related to the proposed solution;
5. Develop functional specifications, wireframes and system design specifications;
6. Manage and elaborating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria;
7. Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into detailed analysis and reports;
8. Analyze requirements and draw wireframes with UX experience;
9. Create wireframes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas;
10. Develop metrics and reports that can be used to drive data-driven decisions;
11. Stay tuned to design trends, technologies, and best practices.
Yêu cầu:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree in IT or related field;
2. At least 2 years experience in BA role on internet/consumer products, not B2B;
3. Experiences in the internet-product company;
4. Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis with users, team members, and management;
5. Very strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into the application and operational requirements;
6. Being able to produce wireframes and specs related;
