Project Communication & Coordination
- Work directly with clients to clarify requirements, specifications, and change requests.
- Translate client requests from Japanese into clear, actionable technical instructions for the development team.
- Ensure both sides (client and development team) share the same understanding of goals, scope, and expectations.
- Participate in meetings, demos, and progress reviews with clients, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Technical Understanding & Support
- Analyze system requirements, discuss feasible solutions, and provide technical support during the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Leads to ensure system design meets business needs.
- Review deliverables, test results, and quality metrics before submission to clients.
- Bridge communication on technical issues and support troubleshooting between the client and development team.
Quality & Delivery Management
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues early, and facilitate timely resolutions.
- Support documentation, testing coordination, and delivery confirmation.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, performance, and client satisfaction standards.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Build trusted relationships with clients through clear communication, professionalism, and cultural understanding.
- Mentor and guide team members on communication skills and Japanese/global client expectations.
- Promote collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement within the team.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a BrSE in software projects, both web & application.
- Experience managing big projects is a must.
- Proficient in Japanese (N2 or higher), especially in speaking skills for client communication.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Solid understanding of software development process (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall).
- Have experience using at least one of these languages: .NET, Java, Ruby, etc.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Demonstrate logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exhibit cultural awareness and adaptability in working with Japanese clients.
- Leadership potential, high responsibility, and good teamwork spirit.
