Newly found but rapidly grown, the TMT’ AI Team is passionately working with close consultation and collaboration from a prestigious Professor from HCM University of Technology (Đại học Bách Khoa) whose expertise is in natural language processing and machine learning.  OUR VISION is to apply the power of AI in Chatbot to finally understand the mysteries of human language, speech, communication, emotions, and real intent in real life. 

Ongoing investigations in our team revolve around:

- Computer Vision: Object detection, Image-based product classification, etc.

- Natural Language Processing: Automatic question answering, text classification, etc.

- Other AI-related techniques: Data pre-processing and cleaning, automatic labelling and model re-training

AI Leader

• Leading an AI Engineering Team, through execution of product roadmap & program delivery
• Building best of class developer experiences that accelerate product adoption & satisfaction
• Performing architectural, design and hands-on code reviews that raise the bar for the platform
• Demonstrating operational leadership, running the highest-scale critical platform services
• Providing technical leadership to guide a team of full-stack software developers who operate on both front-end and back-end systems for AI solutions
• Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications in AI solutions portfolio including integrated use of advanced data, high-end AI/ML algorithms, and various insight consumption interfaces
• Building a team of AI solution developers with a diverse set of skills encompassing data sourcing, data management, machine learning and deep learning engineering expertise, modern technical architecture, and functional domain expertise
• Prototyping and demonstrating advanced solutions for clients in consulting and advisory environments
• Coordinating with different functional teams to implement models into the production system and monitor the outcome
• Researching and investigating academic and industrial data mining, machine learning and modeling techniques for product improvements

Must-have technical skills

• Good knowledge in Image Processing, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Reinforcement Learning, Deep Learning architectures (AutoEncoder, CNN, RNN, BERT, etc.)
• Experience with Java, Python, TensorFlow, Keras, Spark, Mahout
• Strong coding skills & ability to perform in a dynamic, agile & entrepreneurial environment
• Experience with Microservices architecture is an advantage
• Knowledge of Web Application Frameworks and experience with Cloud Services like AWS/ Azure
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix/Shell environments, Docker

Education and Experience

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Mathematics or equivalent from a known academic institution
• 3+ years of Machine Learning/Deep Learning technology experience
• 5+ years of hands-on team leadership and people management experience

• Salary:

+ Up to $5000 with Leader AI
