DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop and implement cutting-edge Generative AI models to enhance customer interactions, to automate processes and to elevate decision-making in banking

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to identify and execute AI opportunities across various banking functions

• Train, fine-tune and optimize Machine Learning models for tasks including text generation, anomaly detection and risk assessment

• Champion AI ethics and Data-privacy best practices in model development

• Develop API interfaces to interact with model endpoints

• Stay up to date with the latest AI advancements, ensuring our AI solutions remain at the forefront of industry innovation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or AI or related fields

• Proven experience in working with Generative AI models such as LLM (e.g., GPT-3, GPT-4, Llama2, etc.)

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python and experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)

• Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning techniques

• Experience with LangChain framework

• Experience in building up end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines

• Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS is mostly preferred) and Containerization (Docker)

• Experience in designing and creating RESTfulAPI (e.g., FastAPI framework)

• Creative problem-solver

• Excellent command of English verbal communication
