Core Responsibilities:
• Implement new IWMS System (Integrated Workplace Management) and other Facility IT systems in Workplace Solutions & Operations
• Responsible for Digital Transformation in Facility Management
• Employed as member of local facility team but being part of global digital transformation team and participate in continuous improvement of digital standards for Workplace Solutions and Operations
• Analyse processes and build a change management plan securing local alignment between processes and IT systems follow global standards
• Participate in development of best practice initiatives to support the business to make data driven decisions and efficiency optimizations
• Locally deploy reporting tools which will collect, hold and analyse data according to global standards
• Secure that the data collected is accurate, congruent and reliable, and ensure the information is easily available to users for direct consumption or integration with other systems

Facility Management are responsible for ensuring that the LMV factory properly maintained and operating efficiently in order to enhance manufacturing productivity and provide our employees with an amazing and safe experience in the workplace every day.
This role will be accountable for local implementation and management and support globally to development of a range of digital tools, platforms and systems that will enable us to track, measure and use our data in a resourceful manner.
It will require close collaboration and interactions with multiple local as well as global internal stakeholders groups ranging from global functions to local operational departments and also external partners and suppliers.

Do you have what it takes?
• Bachelor in data science or engineering is preferred
• Proficiency with Data visualization tools i.e., Power BI
• Familiarity with data modelling and principles regarding data architecture
• Experience with facility management related data solutions for global organisations
• Participated successfully in the creation and implementation of new digital tools and platforms
• Worked with standardization and continuous improvement of digital solution deployment across multiple global sites
• Good communication and presentation skills in working with business partners at all levels
• Dynamic self-starter who has good project and people management skills. Pro-active and enjoys working both autonomously and as part of a wider team
• Responsive and willing to take ownership of issues and drive solutions
• Fluent in written and spoken Vietnamese and English
