*** Role Description
Overall Management CS Team is to ensure Consistency of Delivery in Full On-time, Accuracy in provided Techniques, Completion in Projects on budget (on-time and on cost) and the Development of IDP (Individual Development Plan) a career path of CS Individual.

** Customer Support Responsibilities
Solution Development and Delivery
• Provides CS direction for troubleshoot, design, fixing and follow up with client through the
issue/case support life cycle
• Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve customer services to our clients
• Reviews work of product of CS team
• Identifies system defects and implements effective and efficient solutions

Execution, Control, and Management
• Creates and executes development plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs
and requirements
• Keeps project clients well informed of progress and status of fixing effort and serves as liaison
between CS staff and clients
• Ensures CS teams are contributing and following company standard
• Owns the support lifecycle and is responsible for managing CS risks throughout the support
periods
• Communicates and enforces coding standards
• Performs code, solution reviews and mentors CS consultants
• Manages CS resources within budget and schedule
• Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients
• Innovate and develop the total quality of services e.g., satisfaction ratio, delivery on-time ratio
etc.

** Organizational Responsibilities: Talent Development and Internal Operations

Yêu cầu:

Work Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Accounting or other
related field.
• 8-10 years working experience
• 3-5 years experience as a team manager or a team lead
• 4-6 years experience as a Sr. Consultant
• Experienced at least 5 full Implementations of ERP solution and 5 full life cycle ERP projects
• Required Microsoft Dynamics AX/ Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations competence and hands-on experiences
• Must be strong in English communicating, reading, and writing
• Should be certified in programing language, development, or others
• Willing to travel
