• A bachelor’s degree in IT or related hotel business field or an MBA.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experiece in IT fields.
• Experience of Online travel agency or hotel IT business field is plus.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Knowledge of the IT technical skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
• Domain knowledge in Hospitality;
• Web development knowledge is a plus;
• A self-initiated and pro-active team player who can work with minimal supervision;
• Wide Knowledge of designing/understand entity relation;
• Using flowchart diagram and entity design tool is plus;
• The knowledge of Hotel Channel Manager service or Online travel agencey service is plus;
